Gentle and very patient.
Being slightly scared due to a previous negative experience I was very nervous, not to say terrified, when I needed treatment on my front tooth. Mr Snape could not have been more gentle and some how even managed to inject without me feeling ANY pain. I cannot recommend him highly enough for nervous adults (he understands and does not make you feel silly) and my children love him too. The team on reception are bright, cheery and approachable - I'm almost looking forward to my next visit!
