Based in Inverness, I am a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor, with 25 years of experience in a variety of settings including the NHS, private practice and Employee Assistance Programmes. I offer individual and couple counselling and psychotherapy for a range of issues including relationship difficulties, bereavement, depression, anxiety, abuse, post- traumatic stress, disability, and health and work related difficulties.
