NEVER USE THIS WOMAN

In all honesty I was slightly concerned for my safety a lot of the time. She was really forgetful and actually forgot who I was on the third lesson. She also took my details down incorrectly. She was sometimes impatient during lessons. She was sometimes about 10/15 minutes late for our 2 hr lesson due to travelling a distance from the last lesson, which didn't bother me. However, she still would drop me off at the normal time instead of adding on the time I missed at the start. In the end I stopped seeing her as she was extremely rude via text. I unfortunately had to cancel once due to sudden illness and gave her over 12 hours notice. Very apologetic, I would understand if she chose to charge me. However, she said she would forget it this time. I told her I would see her as usual the following week. Despite this, in the lead up to our next lesson she sent rude texts including one saying "if Monday's lesson is not suitable let me know or you will be charged" I found this quite rude and since I DID find it suitable left the text. But then I received another which threatened to cancel my lesson if I didn't confirm. I was under the impression I only had to reply to the first one if it wasn't suitable, which is what the text said. She was unnecessarily rude. Then when I told her how I felt she told me to find another teacher! Absolutely no apology from her, whereas I was very apologetic to her. Really upset.
