Mark Bailey is a highly experienced UKCP Psychotherapist using CBT, NLP, Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness therapies

Mark has been a practising Psychotherapist for over 10 years and is committed to providing quality Psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

He works on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully as quickly as possible. Therefore his preference is to use brief therapy methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, NLP, Hypnosis and Mindfulness to help empower clients so they can overcome problems and enjoy life.

He is experienced in helping clients with:
Depression, Anxiety, Panic attacks, Stress, Fear, Relationship issues, Bereavement and Addiction.

He also specialises in helping people recover from childhood and sexual abuse and trauma.

His office is in Regent Street in a setting which offers both convenience and confidentiality for those who live or work in the West End. Mark does work in tandem with GPs and other medical professionals, but is aware that private practice is useful for those who want to see someone completely independent.
