Very poor experience with this one. Came at booked time but rushed the job. Huge snagging list afterwards including major problem with toilet. Consistently refused to answer calls. Had to get another firm to make the best of a poor quality finish. Waiting to see if he pays up this extra bill, or whether I have to take him to small claims court.
