This company damaged the brick work on the outside of the house by drilling from the inside out and pushing off the surface of the brick. We contacted them twice to complain and ask them to inspect the problem but they did not arrive for the first appointment and then did not answer our phone calls. Their website says that they can install an aerial socket internally and use white wiring for internal work but we have an ugly black wire that comes straight through the wall. They said they could not install a proper socket - this was not mentioned until after they had started work. When you phone back they say you have to deal with the original installer - who then doesn't arrive for pre-arranged visit. Awful service and no quality control
