We ordered bespoke bedroom cabinets from Mark Stephens costing £9500. They were due to be installed one month ago. During this time, we have had no contact with him. Mark Stephens has £4000 of our money and has now completely disappeared. He NEVER answers the telephone, and we have had no updates or information regarding our order. OUr only option now is to recover our money through the courts.
