Our bad experience with Mark Templer...
Having been gazumped at the 11th hour we have had a bad experience with Mark Templer and would never use or recommend this agent. Communications were poor compared to other agents and at times rude. With the house taken off the market and listed as sold we were nearing a quick exchange for a chain free sale when we received a short rude call saying "they have sold the property to another buyer". That was it, not even a letter out of courtesy.
