We had been searching for a while on Rightmove to find our first family home and had dealt with lots of estate agents in the process, none were as helpful as Market My Property. They were always available to speak on the phone even in the evenings and at weekends and were really quick to get back to us by email. We also took advantage of their free mortgage advice, we had struggled in the past to get a mortgage agreed but their knowledge and hard work really paid off for us. We are excited to move from rented accommodation to owning our own family home and couldn't thank Market My Property enough for their hard work at making this dream a reality for us.

At first we were sceptical to see if an online estate agent could do as good of a job selling our home as a traditional estate agent but the low fixed fee tempted us to give it go, we 100% made the right decision. Market My Property were great from the start, the sign up on their website was really quick and easy. When Tom came round to take the photos and measure up for a floor plan he was really friendly and professional. The photos turned out great, we were so impressed! Within a week of having our property on Rightmove and Zoopla we had 7 viewings booked in, I really enjoyed doing the viewings myself and felt I had more control over the sale doing it this way. We had 2 offers, one of which was a cash buyer who we chose to go with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Market My Property to family and friends or anyone looking to sell their home :)
