On returning a product for a refund, they decided to keep an arbitary amount for 'restocking'. Did not want to know about rights under Distance Selling Regulations. Ethan and Amy, you really shouldn't be working in customer service because you really don't care. Credit due to other person (sorry forgot your name) who eventually found that missing refund was stuck on their pc! If you run into trouble with an order, watch out. Worst customer experience that I have ever encountered. BE WARNED!

I can't understand the negative reviews on here. Frank Ls review reads like nonsense and HB would know when ordering that the item wasn't in stock! I certainly had excellent service. From ordering to delivery they were great. They sent an email and text with a delivery time. The delivery driver was friendly and very helpful. They were the cheapest on the internet for a stock item and also the charge for removal of my old fridge was one of the lowest.

Accused me of not being able to measure when the measurements they have on their website were wrong and the oven I ordered didn't fit.. then charged me 24.99 for cancelling the order. Charming.

They were cheap, but no customer service. Had to wait for 5 weeks for my delivery, with no communication from Marks/365 Electrical. Even when I called or email for info they didn't seem to care.

I am having a terible time trying to get them to take responsibility for sending me something that I did not want. It looks like I am going to have to take them to small claims but all I wanted was a little peace of mind and safety in my purchase. My Personal opinion? Keep far away from them!!!!.
