Serivce poor and slow, but end result fortunately good
Marlin were helpful in getting our kitchen design right and making sure we got what we wanted in the designs, taking time over them. The kitchen quality itself is good, but that's down to the supplier really, not them. However... be warned, they make the process a lot more stressful than it needs to be, with unbelievably poor communication, leaving us wondering what was going on a lot of the time. It took them 11 weeks to complete the install that should have been one or two weeks, and that was with us asking for updates and outlooks regularly, which they didn't take very kindly to at all, in fact they considered it rude and had no problem in getting defensive with us! That is typical of their customer service if you have any concerns or comments you want to make. Also their fitter kindly altered the design without our consent, in his words 'it's better like that, it's a bit late now to change it' meaning he had cut into some wall units which we had specifically designed to avoid doing. Very disorganised, which is a shame as it could have been so much easier. In no way can recommend, wish we had gone with our second choice and very glad the experience is over. If you do go for them, hope you don't encounter any problems or delays, as it turns into a nightmare. Too many examples I could give of poor customer service and infuriating behaviour, if we hadn't (eventually!) got a nice kitchen installed - despite not fully matching our design - we would have reported official complaints. We should have paid attention to other reviews seen elsewhere warning us, we just consider ourselves fortunate we didn't use their builders as well. Our builder was shocked at their behaviour and attitudes.

Great company
We have received a quality, professional service from this company. Friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Paul and Justin have been punctual, efficient and have provided an excellent standard of workmanship. We would definitely recommend this company.

Professionals
The team at Marlin Kitchens are truly first class. From the initial enquiry through the planning ,preparation and the execution of my project was carried out with professionalism. The Fitters including Electricians kept everything neat and tidy from start to finish everyday and were polite, and considerate throughout the length of time they were on site. Everything was done on time and to budget, for this reason I would have no hestitation in recommending them.

Great fitters
All the fitters, work surface stone filtters, electricians, floor layer and furnature fitters were of a high standard. They provided us with a superb job from start to finish, they were also very polite and tidied up well after themselves.

Great end product
I got the kitchen i wanted and when reviewing a kitchen supplier/installer, i think that should be the main driver of people's reviews. We changed our minds several times but always received sound advice from Michelle and Vicky - the quality of kitchen is good, the price reasonable and the fitting exact; it wasn't 100% smooth but that goes with the 'new kitchen' territory - overall i would have no fear in recommending to others.
