We are a small, family run business offering bed and breakfast, self-catering cottages and camping for both tents and caravans. Based in Heacham, reputed to be one of the country's largest villages, we welcome you to the beautiful West Norfolk coast with all that it holds.

Whether it is for the wonderful walks along the local beaches, to admire (and no doubt photograph) the truly amazing famous 'big skies' of Norfolk with its incredible sunsets over the huge shallow bay of the Wash or to visit the RSPB bird sanctuary a short distance away at Snettisham, with its huge flocks of wading birds and pink-footed geese you will not be disappointed.

We are in easy reach of the Queen's Country Park Estate at Sandringham with its many woodland paths to explore, including its magnificent display of many coloured rhododendron flowers in Spring, lush wooded green in Summer, wonderful Autumn display as the leaves begin to fall in Autumn, hoar frosts in Winter and of course the traditional gathering of the Royal family for the Christmas service at St Mary Magdalene Church.

Travel 4 miles north of Heacham and you will arrive at Hunstanton, a cheerful family-friendly typical Victorian seaside town, offering a variety of restaurants, pubs, fish and chip shops and traditional entertainment such as Crazy Golf, Pitch and Putt, music at the bandstand on The Green, annual Kite and flower festivals and the Princess Theatre hosting a variety of music and drama events, including Panto in season. There are the award-winning Esplanade Gardens to enjoy, Sea Life Centre, trips on an amphibious vessel, the "Wash Monster", to watch the seals and marvel at the famous striped cliffs with their resident bird population in crevices. Added to all of this, Hunstanton is the beginning of the Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path, passing through the "Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty".
