Be cautious of their approach
Had very poor dealings with Marshall Vizard as a landlord, but also my prospective tenants did too apparently. Ultra professional until things dont go their way, or to put it simply, when what they promise doesnt materialise and then they will pick every word of their contract terms with you and threaten legal action. Only after one thing. £££
