We establish the initial position, then give advice and practical assistance in restructuring the business to help ensure survival.

Every effort is made to boost the business's performance, solve problems at source and to generate working capital from within. However, fresh injections of external capital can make immediate and significant impact upon profitability. We can undertake programmes to make businesses funding worthy.

We have a specialised database of Investors, registered with Marshvale Investments Ltd who prefer to invest in wounded businesses. After all, once the problems have been identified and the diagnosis described, the business has the ability to grow at a very fast rate.

We can tailor the fees to suit the condition of the Client, and can also include any Insolvency costs at an advantageous rate. The fee structure will, generally, be a combination of consultancy and funding charges.

:: Turnaround Consultancy ::

Often, our client does not qualify for funding, either from Lenders or Angels, as his debt burden is excessive. We will look to restructure the business through a CVA, IVA or Administration Order with the assistance of one of the Insolvency Practitioners from our database.

We can then approach Lenders and Angels, to support the stable business. We are welcomed by Banks and Landlords who can see their assets being underpinned by our intervention.

We leave the Reporting Accountancy work to the Accountants, but we are able to act as interim managers for a business in a formal or informal administration.

Our fee structure for turnaround work is an initial retainer to include the IP’s deposit for costs and success upon introducing finance at a later stage.
