Training at the gym is fun, its got every thing i need. we have a stable of good mma fighters,a great team of ju-jitsu guys, fantastic Karate guys, and masses of energy from the kids.

absolutely awful
I trained here a few times but to be honest found the atmoshere awful!!everyone was out for themselves,a lot of the techniques being taught and then repeated by the students were sloppy and everybody seemed to just be doing any old thing or not bothering and just standing round for a chat!there was one woman there,a brown belt who was worse than a novice white belt!I was appalled at how disorganised and chaotic it was and the very poor standard.the mats were also very dirty and smelly.

i love training with the guys, there the best. i want to fight so i will be training regular to get my first win.
