I booked a home visit for my baby son, who i explained was suffering terribly with relfux. Martin arrived late and complained that I was not able to offer him a car parking space - although there is local street parking and a nearby car park (which i offered to pay for) - which simply requires an extra three-five minutes walk. Martin changed his mind about treating my son and decided the he did not want to come back as the journey was too far (even though i live in a central location and he knew this when i booked the appointment). Home visits should thus not be promised if they can't be honoured. Very, very disappointed.â€

Disappointed.
I booked a home visit for my baby son. Said he did not have time to treat my son and did not agree to making a new appointment - saying it was too far out. Home visits should thus not be promised if they can't be honoured. Very disappointed.
