Rude and disorganised
Branch: Reading Disorganised cowboys, that completely lose interest once they have your money. It took two weeks to finalise moving in, of which we were paying during that time without actually being within the property. Their listings upon letting sites are alot lower than the actual rent, be warned of their methods to suck you in! Ask for all documentation possible before signing and handing any money over. Some of them are quite rude, and I lost all confidence in the business, but dont take my word for it, pop in yourself..... Has only been operating a year if you check the companies house listing, and has moved offices a few times since then, go with another letting agent if possible!
