Whether it's feeling generally low, facing a relationship crisis or worries about mental health I can help you to explore your feelings and options and clarify a way forward. My initial training was in Family Therapy; the families we grow up in and our current families are hugely important to our well being. I have also completed training in EMDR which I find invaluable in the treatment of trauma related problems from traffic accidents to abuse. It is one of the 2 trauma treatments recommended by the National Institute for Clinical excellence. I have more than 20 years experience of delivering psychotherapy both within the NHS and privately. Frequency of appointments and length of therapy can be negotiated.
