Restaurant - Italian in London
53 Northcote Road
London

This has got to be the restaurant with the worst service. They have never ceased to disappoint however the restaurant is a good size and has a nice atmosphere. Food is of a average standard but they do have some must trys like the Prawn starter and Pizzas. If you are happy to wait quite some time for your food and can forgive sloppy mistakes which are a regular occurance then you may be okay to try.

People have complained that the food isn't authentic enough and so on, but frankly, this is really a rather good restaurant in its price bracket. The food is very nice, service pleasant and the ambience is excellent.

I went to Marzano on Sunday night. I have walked past it on a number of occasions but this was the first time I'd eaten there. It was one of the few places on Sunday night which had some patrons so popped in. The waiter was kind enough to move us from our original spot by the window to a warmer corner near the bar. The food was excellent in a quiet relaxed atmosphere. Prices too were pretty keen. I'd recommend a visit if you're on the Northcote Road. Not as pretentious as some of the other establishments.
