Swedish Body Massage is the original massage technique involving a sequence of movements working superficially and deeper into the tissues. Various massage strokes are used including effluerage, kneading, friction and tapping. These movements warm up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up muscle 'knots'.

I allow extra time for an initial client consultation and a quiet relax after treatment.
