Took money and didn't do the job!
Paid Master Tree Surgeon upfront to do work on my elderly mother's garden. He didn't ever do the work and has refused to answer my calls or texts since to ask for her money back. There are other similar reviews on his website from other people who trusted him to do the work and paid in advance. It's also odd that all the reviews on his own website are all written on the same date (about 5) which makes me think that the positive reviews all on 12th May are false!!

Great Tree Service
I just want to say thanks to Ross and his team for doing a wonderfull job on Tuesday. I know it was a big job, but I was really pleased with the removal of the trees. I can finally see the sun in my bedroom now that tree has been reduced!!! I must say you guys were also very clean and tidy at the end regards, if your ever around this part of Sutton feel free to pop in for a cup of tea. Paul Sansom
