Our reputation for excellent teaching (award winning in fact) has drawn students from as far afield as Northampton, Brighton and Ilford willing to travel such long distances to attend our weekly classes in Harrow rather than accept second best.
Head teachers, teachers and even maths tutors have sent their own children to us to learn maths, because we are the experts and our unique multi-faceted approach delivers students who are confident at maths, enjoy the subject and get great results.
Classes are held on the weekends, so they are suitable as complementary courses for students already studying maths at school around 60% of our students come from independent schools, with the rest from grammar & state schools.
And, since each course covers the entire syllabus; at GCSE (higher level), A Level or Further Maths, our courses are suitable for students wishing to move ahead of their schoolwork. The best time to join Math'scool is in Year 9 or 10, although students can join right up to Year 12.
GCSE and A Level Maths Tuition. We offer superb teaching (award winning in-fact) combined with indispensible out-of-lesson support, so that students get the help they need, when they need it. And our multi-faceted approach doesn't end there. Each homework is tailor made for the lesson and designed to give students lots of routine practice as well as a few questions to really challenge the students. Dr Deepak Shah (the A level and Further Maths tutor) was previously a lecturer and researcher at London University. Dr Shah was also the winner of "National Lecturer of the Year" competition in 1989. As a student, Dr Shah was the top student in his year, winning the Drapers' Award for academic excellence. He was the only student in his faculty to be awarded a first class honours degree. Award Winning Teaching: Dr Shah was the winner of the national lecturer of the year in 1989 and he spent 10 years researching teaching methods to develop methods that really do, "make maths seem simple".
