I tried all sorts of ways to stop smoking, but the cravings always led me back. Until I tried Hypnotherapy with Matthew Hall, of Effective Hypnosis. He taught me how to tap my cravings away -hypnotised me to convince me that I did not want or need to smoke, and left me with a rejuvenated body. This is wonderful.
