I have been hounding them for a quote for my car for about six months now. I am always told that they will surely get in touch with me asap. They have already assessed the car it is just a question of some number crunching. No value for customers. eventually taking my business elsewhere where I was given a professional quote in 24 hrs as promised. PE mathews staff should apply for apprenticeship here for learning reliability.
