About Us

A consortium of ex TRW, Government Skill Centres, Britvic, Lucas and Panasonic training personnel formed Maxim Business Solutions in 2003. Our Business Advisors and Trainers have experience of working in the automotive, pharmaceutical, media, retail and food sectors, bringing with it a reality factor, based on a “hands on" approach to business and training solutions. We do not offer “off the shelf" training, preferring to work alongside customers in a partnership arrangement, ensuring all needs are met or exceeded.

What We Do

We have experience of working across most of the the UK, Europe and America as you will see when viewing our previous client list. We do not use an extensive marketing budget, relying instead on recommendations and returning customers, to meet our business targets.

We are able to offer ILM accredited training for Leadership and Management development, are Automotive Academy approved for Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, a registered EAL Training Centre for NVQ's and VRQ's and can deliver accredited CIEH certificated training for Health and Safety courses plus HABC and RSPH certificated training for the Food Sector.

Services

We offer assistance in both facilitating and developing clear objectives, targets and visions for our clients. This could include business re-engineering, installation of best practice techniques or focus on the development and improvement of personal targets.

We assess and then understand the needs of the client and then propose the best solution for the issues they are faced with. We support and mentor teams and individuals as they implement the changes required. The way we measure success is when we are told we are no longer needed. This proves we have developed the Business in the right manner. We prefer, train, facilitate and mentor.

All of our training programmes are developed in line with specific requests from customers, which can be one-day events or a longer term, in-house support activities. These could take the form of classroom-based training events, workplace workshops or seminars to sell the principles to the wider audience. We advise companies in making and implementing strategic decisions to ensure performance is enhanced.
