Horrible services never ever come on time..

Poor Booking Service
Drivers and cars are generally fine but the last three times we have called the woman who answered the phone was very unpleasant. When an elderly relative called to ask why her taxi to take her to a medical appointment had not turned up 20 minutes after the time it was booked, she was told abruptly it was 'nothing to do with me'. My elderly relatives depend on taxis to get out and this type of treatment puts them off going out at all.

Horrific service! waited in a queue for half an hour and watched people coming in later than us getting a taxi before us. Would never recommend.
