Disregard for the Safety of Road Users and the Highway Code!

I was driving behind you today, coming down the Aston Hill at 9.50am, whereby another vehicle was attempting to gain access to the Dual Carriageway from your left at Ewloe, when you deliberately sped up to close the gap to which the car would have safely moved across into. You could clearly see that the slip road, that the vehicle was driving along, was to shortly end yet you chose to, speed up?! I have no idea why you chose such erratic and dangerous driving behaviours, as you could have easily moved into the fast lane out of courtesy and allow the vehicle to access the Dual Carriageway, in a safe manner. The car itself had to speed up and pulled in-front of you, however you chose to hammer on the horn in anger! What did you expect the car to do, slam on in the slip road and cause an accident to the vehicles also on the Slip Road. You could have simply moved over, you had the room to make this manoeuvre, which would have been the safest and most polite thing you could have done as a fellow road user. I was astounded to see, that you then chose to pull out into the fast lane at speed, to drive along side the said car, in order to hand gesture at the driver of the other car, causing intimidation! You had a learner driver in your passenger seat too. You then proceeded to drive in an unsafe manner, you had no disregard to the two chevron rule along this stretch of road with signs to state to (keep 2 chevrons apart). This rule has been in force, on this stretch of road for a number of years, with large yellow signs to inform motorists, in order to prevent accidents. You then pulled back into the left lane, in between two cars, who were safely in between the two chevrons, driving as they should have been in a safe manner and in accordance to the Highway Code! ... and you had placed yourself virtually bumper to bumper, sandwiched in between two cards, at a dangerously close distance. Finally, you pulled off at the Queensferry junction, without indicating. Absolutely appalling behaviour from a Qualified Driving Instructor. Avoid at all costs!!!! Please have respect for other road users and abide by the Highway Code!!!!
