My lovely new kitchen
Had my kitchen completed by Mayfield Design. A small family run showroom that really does consider customer service in this age. I had visited a few other places which did not make me feel safe. I had a budget and an idea, they helped achieve the look I had been trying to get. Lovely designed gorgeous kitchen. I was given a list of the items, with all colours and materials shown which I was required to sign. A site survey was completed. Their was some damages but they were replaced. Certainly recommending my sister and recommending you.

Good kitchens - Shame about the service
They installed the wrong worktop in our house. Initially, this did not seem to big a problem, because they immediately accepted responsibility and promised to replace it with the agreed colour. After three months of stringing us along (and lying about supplier insolvencies etc), they suddenly refused to replace it and asked us to pay again for the new worktop. We have had months of dealy and now have to take them to court in order to get the worktop we had originally agreed. Be very careful and get everything in writing from these guys - you may have to resort to lawyers! They have lied to us and refuse to honor any verbal agreements. Don't get me wrong, the Siematic kitchen itself is of good quality and looks quite nice - just dealing with Mayfield Design has been a nightmare.
