Maylark Property Management

Maylark is an independent, residential lettings and property management company specialising in houses and flats to rent in Crawley and the surrounding areas. We are not a high street chain and work from a home office so we are able to keep our prices competitive.

We pride ourselves on delivering a personal, friendly and professional service and offer solutions which can be tailored to meet your needs however large or small – from marketing your property or rent collection only through to a fully managed service giving you freedom from all aspects of managing a rented property.

We are landlords ourselves and have used our experience with our property to build Maylark. We are UKALA affiliated, a National Landlords Association recognised supplier and have full client money protection through Let Alliance. Combined with our network of local professional tradesmen you can have peace of mind that your property is in good hands.

In addition to residential lettings we also offer support to residential management company directors. We are not a Block Management company but our goal is to provide services (scheduled maintenance, repairs, client account management, risk management and communications) which take the day to day tasks away from the management company directors whilst enabling them to direct and maintain control.
