Disappointing unreliable! Sadly fell into the poor tradesmen cliche of stringing you along for weeks with false promises, then just ignores contact. Professionalism in your customer service should be as much a priority as your skill in your trade - what a let down. If you have an important job needing down in a timely way, you might want to look elsewhere.
