I gave my property to McCoy Estates Management ltd, on a long term lease contract for five years, I provided the furniture once only, after that it is their responsibility to replace or repair. After sixty days I started getting rent for my property, and as long as my contract remains I will regularly continue to receive my rent in the future, and they will even take care of any minor repairs.

Mccoy the best
Mccoy helped us in selling our place at a very handsome price and the transaction was problem free,even the buyer were very friendly and cooperative. All the hassle was taken by Mccoy. Would like to work again with them.

Superb service
Was searching for a place in the neighborhood but due to some reason or the other was not able to find one. But McCoy estates helped me in finding a place that was in my budget and near my daughter's school
