Unpaid invoices

PB Print UK Limited provided print services to John McGrath at McGrath Media for a period of 18 months. We were printing the 50 Plus Magazine and produced over 50 jobs for the company during this time. We constantly had to chase late payment of invoices with many promised payment dates failing to be met. The last 2 invoices have never been paid. These were for 50 Plus Magazines in East Surrey and West Surrey. We have continued to try and recover this payment through the courts and even with a court order McGrath Media has not paid its debts. With advertisers like CareBase, Epsom Coaches, Housing 21, Collective Legal Solutions, Robinsons Holidays and Costco it is shocking that this company can keep ordering from suppliers without paying for its magazines.
