I used Mcleans for my new windows and could not be happier. My windows look fantastic and I was provided with excellent recommendations as admittedly my window knowledge is somewhat limited. I dealt with both Brian and the manager Simon and the fitters were also professional and tidy.

Disgusting Never use
I went to this company last week and was disgusted with what i found. Manager was rude and not professional i felt like i was interrupting his party. Also they are not consistent i rang and got a price went in and got charged something different there total cowboys. Also much more expensive than other company's surrounding them DO NOT USE

Quick and efficient
I popped in on the off chance i could get some mirrors done. The manager there could not be more helpfull he cut my mirrors for me while i waited and did not charge me to have my own mirror cut. The price was also really good as was the service. Will be using them again.

Revamped and under new management
I had always used Mcleans in the past,The service had always been great. I popped in to get some picture glass and the new manager adam greeted me and couldnt be more helpful. I ordered 3 toughened double glazed units and he arranged delivery for me at no extra cost because he drives past my house. great guy and great service,I just thought after the negitive comments below i would give them the credit they deserve.Guys its well worth a re visit Michael watson

poor service and attitude!!!
i ordered 6 panels of glass for a set of doors in my home - after giving the sizes to the vendor - i had to wait for a week for the glass (which was toughened) to arrive - only to find that the sizes were totally wrong!!!!! on pointing this out - the vendor then tried to blame me for giving the incorrect size in the first place??? totally poor poor POOR - customer service attitude and service - once was a fantasic company - now gone down the tubes!! AVOID!!!!

Mclean's Glass
I had used Mclean's as a glass supplier for eight years and I had come to trust them. I went in to buy 12 panes of glass, and the price was £151. Another glass supplier in Oxford who gave me a quote of £35 for the same glass (same gauge, size, etc). I phoned Mcleans to cancel my order but they had already cut it. When I explained the price difference they made no apology and refused to give an explanation. I would never use them again and when I told the proprietor he told me I was not welcome anywat.
