In the Spring of 2021 my car broke down on the A303 and was recovered by a company from Andover. Unfortunately the only place that was open on a Saturday near me was this garage. The recovery driver told me it could be the DPF filter but said he wasn't to sure. He also told me not to take it to Meadows Garage as he's only heard bad things about them. We toke it down anyway because it needed to go in somewhere that day. The women on the front desk was rude from the offset. She said to me yes its probably the DPF and the man that dropped the car off "is just a taxi driver that delivers cars so he hasn't got a clue". She said that that DPF needs to soak for 24 hours. The next day I rang to see if it was done and she said it needs another 24 hours. The day after she told me when they toke the DPF off and there was nothing wrong with it and that it was clean. She then told me it was the turbo that needs replacing. It toke about 2 months to put in a new turbo and said it will probably break again in 6 months because C4s are known for that. I rang Citroën and they said that's the first they heard about that. I also googled it and there wasn't anything to say otherwise. A week later the new turbo broke so I had to take it back. It toke them another 6 weeks to fix it and then the excuses kept flooding out. Like they haven't got the right people in the replace it and made it very uncomfortable for me. I finally got my car back and 2 weeks later it started to smoke and she said its a new fault which was a complete lie. The Royal British Legion had to step in and help me pay another £800 but I don't know what for. It toke them another 2 months and I was told by the RBL to call Trading Standards and the next day it was fix. I then got a voice call for her saying "I need you to call me its about the car". I didn't reply. The car has broken down again and it's the turbo. The RBL rang up the garage and the rude women told them she isn't going to fix it because I told Trading Standards about the length it toke them to fix my car ect. She also knew I suffer with C-PTSD because me and the RBL told her. I missed so many Therapy appointments and is having a massive affect on my mental health. Since she knew about my illness she bullied me and made me feel very upset. The car is still broken and she said she will make it difficult to transfer the warranty over to another garage and tell them all about me. Vets UK, Combat Stress, Mental Health Team and the RBL are now working hard together to help me with this now legal matter. This post probably won't be up long because she told a friend of mine she knows how to get negative reviews taken down. That is why she has good feedback. Thank you for taking the time in reading this and I hope you don't make the same mistake I have.
