MeashaTae Kwon Do are members of the I.T.C, who are one of the leading bobies of Tae Kwon Do in the U.K.

We have all sorts of members from 6 years upwards, from all walks of life, and all grades from white belts to black belts. Tae Kwon Do is a fun fast exciting sport, so whether your looking to lose a few lbs , take up a new sport , learn some basic self defense moves or generally gain a level of fitness , why not give it a go.

National Forest Taekwon-do

National Forest Taekwon-do is a family based club that trains in the martial art of Taekwon-do , an Olympic sport which doesn't care what size or age you are , everyone gets something from it, you train at your pace, we run to classes a week Mondays in Measham and Fridays in Neatherseal. Taekwon-do is a brilliant way to gain new friends and skills loose a few lbs gain confidence. We teach all aspects of Taekwon-do from self-defense to the competition sport side currently having British and World champions within the club, we are also offering free sessions to try the sport, please come along
