Outrageously expensive and dishonest
It's a great place if you need to be treated fast , but it comes at a very high cost. As far as I'm concerned I was misled into thinking the blood test I was requesting would only cost £86 and it costed me £224! I called the day before and the receptionist told me that £86. On the day, the doctor was very nice and professional, and I was sent to the women at the till to pay when she told me it would be £224. She didn't seem bothered at all that I hadn't been given this information and did not apologise or try to explain anything. I won't ever go back because if this obvious lack of professionalism , and a hint of arrogance, which is very unwelcome in such premisses.

Very dissapointed - will never use again
I went for a gyno appointement (so I cannot comment of the other services) but I thought the receptionists were really unfriendly, they seemed more intrested in gossiping then in client service. The actual doctor I saw was very rude, I came to see her about specific issues that she did not care less about advising me on. Not mentioning the exhorbitant price, for a in-and-out 10min consultation. I received the results of my tests by email (which i thought was a good idea) until I realized that you need to book ANOTHER appointement to get them interpreted!! as they are 'unable to give details over the phone'. When I checked the vocabulary of the results (of a pap smear test) online, it was advised that if the test showed negative for endocervical cells, it should be done again....so my pap smear wasn't even done properly! Also, dont get fooled by the photo of the center on the website. The consultation rooms are actually in a basement (no windows, dirty toilets, not the clenliness you would expect from a private clinic) I do not recommend this clinic and i will NEVER RETURN AGAIN.

A great French medical service in London
I have been using the medical services of the Medicare francais for 3-4 years for my 2 children and have always been happy with it. The reception is very pleasant, the pediatricians very serious and friendly, the pharmacy as at home (if you are French of course). If the other specialists are as good, do not hesitate. I rate 4 on 5 as the negative part is the price. A bit expensive if you do not have a good medical insurance.
