Know How and Know Why at Reasonable Cost
The Mercanix team really know their business. I have had a 17 year old car C220 serviced by them after 13 years of 'mystery' servicing by several garages, most of them being at Mercedes. For the first time I have had problems explained to me, why they occurred etc. and a full listing of all of the problems. I followed this up with repairs done on my drive where I could see what was being done and this resulted in excellent repairs which fixed problems I have lived with for years in some cases. The work was again explained, done and the bill was probably 50 to 70% of what I would have paid at Mercedes. I have made 3 confident recommendations to Merc owners I know seeking a knowledgeable and reliable service where the customer is put first (always let you know when they will arrive, always on time) and costs do not break the bank.
