Expensive - better value elsewhere
got a price for rear discs and pads on my SAAB from the Basingstoke branch. They were very expensive, and actually rude to me when I questioned the price and asked if they could improve it. I got a better price from Kwik-fit, but a much better price from a local independent mechanic. Because of their rudeness I won't be going back, but even if I did go back their prices would discourage me from ever being a customer.
