Took them to court and won
Came back endlessly repairing and replacing their work. Never improved anything. Got surveyors report which stated that the job was generally awful and couldn't be repaired. Company ignored it so took it to court and was awarded over £10,000. It turned out that Merseyside Glas was just a trading name of Sinemode Ltd. Sinemode went into liquidation and legally never paid me. Merseyside Glass continues to trade
