Disgusting customer service
I took my phone in to get a screen replacement and said would be an hour so agreed at £34-00 and didnt even check to see if had white screen. Went back an hour later to find put a black screen on without asking me first then 3 days later after being in my pocket found a crack at top which should have lasted longer than that to be told would change for extra 25-00 but saying i had dropped it but hadn't and seemed to got crack in it in pocket. They then said take 4 hours to repair and come back at 4pm but said working from 2-30 till 7 then said come back at 2 then. I would give this shop a wide berth because their customer service is shit and crap screens they have that dont even last 4 days. I wont be going back there again!!!!!

I put my phone in here for a repair. they told me that the repairs would be 3-4 days, but that i would have to take the number of the shop and ring each day to check, as they dont do outgoing calls. After a few days of being told to call back later, i was told that they actually couldnt fix my camera, but would still have to pay money for the service! a complete and total joke! avoid this place at all costs!
