Michael is the best travel agent i know,
From my initial enquiry for a last minute break for myself, children and disabled mother until our return, the service and level of care Mick provided was second to none. From personally delivering the tickets he also arranged special care for my mother at the ariport and even contacted us in the resort on our final day to inform us that he had arranged accommodation for us in the event of the return flight being cancelled because of the terrorist restrictions. I shall definitely use him again and highly recommend him for his professionalism and excellent personal service.
