Michael Kilbey Associates is the UK's leading roofing and cladding consultancy specialising in all aspects of roofing, cladding and whole building envelope. The practice was established in 1990 by Michael Kilbey F.I.o.R with the sole purpose of providing both Industry and property owners with a source of independent advice for solving problems with roofing, cladding and building envelope issues. Since inception the practice has been independent from manufacturer or contractor and with this independence comes the ability to specify the correct solution from all approved products and systems available on the open market.

Over the last decade MKA has gained an enviable track record for providing clients with a cost effective, quality and time saving service ensuring client satisfaction at a job well done.

Independent expertise is the key to providing our clients with unbiased advice and solutions to overcome all their roofing and cladding problems and concerns be they Contractual, Design, Health & Safety, Litigation or Maintenance issues.
Working closely with the client we form and implement with them a strategy which will ensure that the right solution to the roofing or cladding problem is achieved. Our team of commercially aware, dynamic and experienced designers, engineers, expert witnesses and surveyors (building and quantity) will ensure any brief received from a client will be expertly executed.
