Rubbish!

I have been using Micks for around two years. We have given them almost daily work. However, they have no respect or appreciation for regular customers. After two years I still get sent drivers who have no idea on how to get to places, so I have to direct them, by sheer luck I am able to. I still waste ten minutes on the phone clarifying that my house has no number, just a name, apparently this is unheard of. I still have to run to the bottom of the street to meet my taxi, because they cannot find the house, despite it's name being in three foot metal letters. They are always late and take the longest route, if they think they can get away with it and their customer service skills are appauling. They almost always break quickly and almost crash, causing upset to the passengers. Today I booked a taxi thirty minutes before a film was due to start at the cinema, 15mins away, when the time became so late I would've missed ten minutes of the film, exclusing time to buy tickets and traffic delays, I gave up and called to cancel the taxi. They didn't seem to understand that to attend a cinema requires that you get there before the film starts and to get there later would be a waste of time. They further didn't understand that when a taxi firm states they will be there in 10mins, I expect them to be there in 10mins and not half an hour, as such they laughingly had the 'brass neck' to ask if I would pay a call out fee, of course I told them in no uncertain terms that I would not, so they ridiculously said that they would block my number. I ask you, who would use them after all this? And so, that's Micks, don't use them!
