Micron Machining Services Ltd specialise in precision and production engineering as well as prototype work using our CNC Milling and Turning machines and conventional machines. The services we offer have now been enhanced by the addition of a ‘WIRE CUT – EDM' machine.
The machine is computer numerically controlled with a capacity of which is 950 X 600 X 310 mm.
Along with the CME bed type-milling machine, Micron has the flexibility to machine intricate components whether turned, milled or wired, large or small.

With the facility of our overhead cranes (5T), we are able to offer the assembly of large machines as sub assemblies and/or complete units.
One of our many assemblies as pictured is a Geotechnical 400KN Press .

sub-contract work along with in-house inspection.
The LK G80 Co-ordinate measuring machine has a capacity of 1500mm x 850mm x 450mm P9 Probe. Quality control will always be a major priority, with our registration to BS ISO 9001:2000. The company will tailor the Q. A. plan to suit the individual needs of each order.
We can provide full inspection reports, traceability and even unique identification of components as appropriate to the requirements of the contract.
