Do not pay these guy's a deposit or any admin fees because you Will never see your money again.This agency is one of them rogue agencies you sometimes here about on the news. The guy who owns this company has a string of failed companies moving cash to the next one before it goes bust, a quick directors check will prove this. Many of the property repair contractors have never been paid as the maintenance companies always go bust after 18month's and a new one is then set up.They treat there tenants badly and make threats to you if there looking for extra rent that week.Beware of this agency if you want to stay safe.
