About Us

Our stunning 5 star luxury cottages have been refurbished into a peaceful place to stay. Offering everything you want and more, rest assured you will receive a pleasant stay with us.

All our cottages are all fully furnished and equipped, set in a picturesque courtyard setting in our 6 acres of gardens, wildflower meadow and grass paddocks. Surrounded by open farmland, forest and wildlife, come and see what North Yorkshire can offer.

On arrival, we will provide you with a personal greeting, followed by a tour showing you around the cottage and lodge facilities before offering you complimentary tea tray and delicious fruit cake.

Willows' End

Willows' End is a popular cottage that sleeps 2-5 people. As a spacious cottage starting from £390 to £795, you will feel right at home. With beautiful furnishings, a large lounge, kitchen, ensuites, a bathroom and a shared garden, rest assured in this cottage to be the one perfect for your trip away.

This cottage has 2 twin and super king bedrooms with a large ensuite and wall mounted LCD TV and a small single room.

Surrounded by stunning views, Willows' End is available for your short breaks, as they run from either:

3 nights - Saturday till Tuesday
4 nights – Tuesday till Saturday

Meadows Edge

Meadows Edge offers you a wonderful breakaway in the North Yorkshire area. sleeping between 2-4 people pricing from £355 to £750, enjoy a holiday experience like no other with plenty for you to see and do.

With stunning views looking over open farmland, across to Levisham Moor and into Cropton Forest, you won't believe your eyes with our breath-taking views.

Meadows Edge also offers a wide selection of facilities for you to enjoy. Fully furnished, our cottage includes a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room. With a large feature fireplace with its wood burning stove, you will feel cosy and warm if you choose to come in the colder months.

Our rooms also include two twin and super king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. If you are looking for a short break, choose from either 3 nights – Friday until Monday or 4 nights – Monday till Friday for your break away.

Brock Cottage

Sleeping between 2 to 4 people, we welcome you to Brock Cottage! Pricing between £355 to £750, you can ensure a pleasant and memorable stay with us. With 2 bedrooms, 1 super king and 1 twin/super king, you will be sure to have a relaxing stay with us.

Having 2 ensuites and a fully furnished cottage, you will feel right at home during your stay.
Our short breaks run from:
