Middleton Lettings is a new letting agency based in the city of Leicester. We have a fresh approach to the service we are offering to both landlords and tenants. Our family business consists of a mother and daughter partnership with over 20 years experience of managing a property portfolio.

Glynis and Rachael emphasise the importance of providing a competitive fee structure combined with a high level of service, which is delivered in a professional and approachable way. Our experience as a landlord has taught us about the importance of minimizing costly voids. We therefore take a proactive approach when finding tenants and can report that we have found tenants within 7 days following our 3 most recent instructions. Maybe you are considering investing in ‘buy to let' but feel unsure about where to buy and the detail of the process. If so, we are also able to offer an additional service. We will discuss your needs fully, advise accordingly and research suitable properties for your approval (the Phil Spencer approach!) Once you decide to go ahead we are able to advise and assist you to prepare your property for let. We have a range of professionals and tradespeople known personally to us that we are able to recommend, if this is required. The aim is to have suitable tenants ready to move in as soon as the property is available.
