Very Comfortable & Friendly
Recently refurbished rooms. The beds are sooo comfortable!! Really good service, a very friendly place & the staff were great. The Thomas the tank engine train running round the pub is brilliant for the kids too!!

A Lovely friendly pub, great value & fantastic service
My husband & I stayed here in AUgust 2010 as we were attending a wedding at Oulton Hall, 2 mins up the road. We found the pub very welcoming and the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The rooms were of a very good standard, very clean and cosy and were separate from the pub which is useful as we could come and go as we pleased. The breakfast was great - very filling!! All in all fantastic value for a quality inn. I would definately reccommend this place to others.
