SHOCKING AND TERRIBLE

Shocking service! I ordered a part from these people and it has been nothing but stress throughout. These are the sort of people that will be happy to snatch your money just to get a sale, then act unprofessional once a problem is encountered. The item arrived damaged because they didn't bother to have it insured when shipping. I contacted them and basically just got blown off. The item was returned to them as I was advised by my bank that would be the only way to get a charge back. They tell blatant lies stating that the article wasn't packaged very well and damaged in transit - ALL LIES! I even have pictures proving otherwise. Hopefully they will get fined for acting so deceiving! Stay well away and make sure you save/screen-shot all communication you have with them as proof just like i did. That will be the only thing to save you as they will deny ever having any interaction with you just to avoid refunding you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
