Midlands Kickboxing is a localised division of the PKA (Professional Kickboxing Association). We meet every Wednesday evening between 8pm – 9pm. This is a mixed class which means that beginners and advanced students all train together, providing diversity within the session. Children, teenagers and adults attend the class offering a good mix of students and helping towards the family atmosphere. The class takes place in the large sports hall. This is a fantastic venue with all the usual leisure facilities you would expect to find. It is in close proximity of Arnold Town Centre however, if you drive to the centre, there is a large well lit car park. Our classes are tailored to the individual, and are a fantastic way to lose weight, tone muscle, improve flexibility and gain confidence. All instructors are a minimum of a 1st dan black belt, and hold first aid certificates complete with insurance and full CRB police checks. There is no contact in class unless it is desired by the student.
